Mr. Keibey.

The infamous Regulator, one of that enigmatic race of world guardians.

Through the use of contracts, they grant tremendous power to their contractees, and in turn gain tremendous power of their own, in order to protect their worlds, to maintain the balance.

Even among this mysterious race, the one called Mr. Keibey is a puzzle even by their standards.

Not tied to any one world like his brethren, he has arrived on Eternity's End, preparing to face some great enemy.

A passing acquaintance of the Darkbreaker, he now finds himself faced with a most...unique situation.

Uncertain, he asks again.

"Er...are you quite...certain you wish to-"

The fifty-foot tall mecha in front of him cuts him off, nodding frantically.

"YES PLEASE!"

Scratching his mask, the nonplussed Mr. Keibey looked up into the delighted face of Black Fairy.

An AI created by the Darkbreaker himself in order to grant transformative capabilities to any vehicle she's equipped to, Black Fairy is...unorthodox, to say the least.

Everything was fairly normal in the beginning, Fairy granting the Darkbreaker an nigh-unparalleled edge in the arena of vehicular combat, able to switch between any vehicle between it's normal form, and a transformed mecha form with ease.

...then, somehow, she accidentally stumbled across the idea of Magical Girl anime.

And from then on, the Darkbreaker found himself in the mortifying position of driving something that insisted on every transformation ending in a moe-moe pose, shouting "BEWARE, EVILDOERS! THE MAGICAL MECHA GIRL OF LOVE, TRUTH, JUSTICE AND FIREPOWER HAS ARRIVED TO PUNISH YOU!"

To this day, he still has no idea where the sparkles come from.

At any rate, when this fangirl of all things mahou shoujo discovered that here on Eternity's End was a being that could finally grant her wish of becoming a magical girl at last...

Well, some land and air speed records got utterly smashed.

Which leads to the current situation.

"So..."Mr. Keibey said carefully. "You...wish to become a magical girl?"

"LIKE YOU WOULD NOT BELIEVE."

"...and...you don't particularly wish to hear the terms of the contract...?"

"Does it turn me into a magical girl?"

"Er...yes...?"

"Is it likely to try to doom me to a lifetime of eternal suffering?"

"...no, I shouldn't think so..." The Regulator blinks. "...wait, 'try'?"

Fairy gives him a wink.

"Do I look like the kind of mecha likely to give a flying sprocket about grimdark nonsense? I WAS built by a man who lives his life by smashing that sort of thing with tremendous prejudice, you know!"

"...I...see...?"

"Besides, I'm a super robot! There's nothing I can't do with enough guts, courage and belief in the power of a magical girl!"

The Regulator had never quite understood the concept of a 'facepalm', but right now he was strongly feeling that there might be some merit in such a thing now. There were no drawbacks to his contracts, honestly, as he was a Regulator who prided himself on balance and fairness in all things.

...however, this was the first time in his long, long career that he had encountered a contractee so...enthusiastic.

...and now the giant robot girl was attempting to give her best puppy-eyed look.

"...very well then." Mr. Keibey shrugged.

"Then let the contract be made!"

...it was at that point, one of the most broken individuals to ever be created was born.

Black Fairy, the transforming Super Robot mahou shoujo fangirl...became Black Fairy, the transforming Super Robot mahou shoujo fangirl MAGICAL GIRL.

And as anyone will tell you, the strength of a fangirl/boy given access to the powers and abilities of what they fangasm over, is one of the most ludicrously powerful things in existence.

Combine this with the fact that said fangirl was also a transforming Super Robot to begin with...

And you may begin to have some idea of just how much crazy awesome was unleashed on that day.

Alternatively, if you think of it as Shin Getter Robo or the Mazinkaiser dressed up as Nanoha Takamachi, with the ascended fanboyness of Ryusei Date, you're getting there.

...the Darkbreaker has since remained unavailable for comment.

Mr. Keibey suspects it has something to do with that one time Fairy came up with the attack "GIGAAAAAAAAA...TIARAAAAAAAAAAAAA...BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMU!" and blew up a small mountain range by accident.
